During your apprenticeship, you will work in all areas of the hotel that are relevant to your training so that you are well prepared for the final examination at the end of your training period.

You are tech savvy and can deal with numbers and the computer. But you also want to get to know all the operational areas of the hotel and restaurant at the same time? Your heart beats for the kitchen and everything that goes with it. Whether entremétier, saucier, gardemanger or pâtisserie - even if you don't know what these terms mean yet, with us you will become a professional in the à la carte business. You will also prepare everything for the breakfast kitchen and the banquet kitchen in our house.
